Oldham Pre-K: Mon- Fri, School Dismissal – 5:30PM
Before-care is not offered at Oldham Pre-K. Care is also not available during school vacations for Oldham Pre-K.
Registration
Please follow the link below for the appropriate Childcare program and then login to Daxko using the email address you provided to us when you originally enrolled your child. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact Amanda Wheeler at awheeler@epbgc.org. If your child’s membership has expired (child will be seen as inactive in Daxko), you will have to renew your child’s membership before registering for Childcare. Membership is free. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30 due at time of registering.
If you need before and/or after-care for Williams or Waddington, please remember to register for those. Before-care only is $70 per week. After care prices are listed in the chart. If you need before care in addition to after care, add $15 to the after-care price per week.

Rates for Oldham Pre-K
New Families:
If you are new to the Club, you will need to create an account using your (primary parent’s) name and email address and then register your child for membership prior to registering for Childcare.
Choosing Your Program:
- Please determine which pricing tier your family qualifies for using the chart above. If you fall below the household income on this chart you may be eligible for CCAP state assistance and can choose that option if you have an ACTIVE CCAP certificate number. Otherwise you would be at pricing Tier 1.
- Choose your location using the checkboxes on the left to filter enrollment options. Please note Childcare at Waddington School is for Waddington School students only and Childcare at Oldham Pre-k is for Oldham students only. Childcare at Williams Ave is for all other schools. We serve all other public elementary and middle schools in East Providence. We also provide care for children who attend other public or private schools, however, you will be responsible for providing transportation, either on your own or through your child’s school.
- Once you have chosen your location, you will be able to register for after school, before school, or both before and after school care. Please choose the tier you identified in step one as it will determine the price you are charged by the system.
- Fill out and return the meal benefit form and return to the Club. Meal benefit form can be downloaded here.
- For children attending childcare at our Williams Ave unit, you must fill out the Transportation Appeal Form and return it along with the required proof of residency to Amanda Wheeler. Transportation form can be downloaded here.
Meals and snack
Williams Avenue: Breakfast will be served daily from 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM as part of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
On days that there is no school and the Club provides full day care, lunch will be provided instead of breakfast. Lunch is also provided as part of CACFP At Williams Ave., dinner will be provided daily upon arrival from school. Dinner will be provided by the RI Community Food Bank.
Waddington and Oldham Schools: A healthy snack will be provided upon school dismissal as part of CACFP.
